Elite perspective engineering for executives, founders, and high-performers who refuse to accept the version of reality they were handed.
"The barrier between where you are and where you need to be is not made of circumstance. It is made of perspective. Dissolve the perspective, dissolve the barrier."
My proprietary Perspective Engineering Method™ (PEM) doesn't teach you to overcome obstacles. It teaches you to look at the obstacle until you realize it was never there. Most coaches give you a ladder. I remove the wall.
We systematically dismantle every belief you hold about what is "real" and "possible." Most clients report mild existential vertigo during this phase. That is how you know it's working.
In the space between your old reality and your new one, there is nothing. We sit in that nothing together. This is where the magic happens. Bring a journal.
Using advanced perspective calibration, we rebuild your operating reality from scratch. You will leave this phase as essentially a different person. Your spouse may need a brief orientation.
You are now the architect. Every room you walk into bends to your perspective. Quarterly tune-ups recommended, but technically optional since you will have transcended the concept of "need."
For those beginning to suspect that the world is not what it seems. We gently introduce the idea that you have been, respectfully, perceiving everything wrong.
The flagship experience. We go deep. We go fast. We go places your therapist told you not to go. This is full-spectrum perspective demolition and reconstruction.
For the executive who is ready to stop playing by the rules entirely. This is not coaching. This is ontological engineering at the highest level currently available to civilians.
"Before Fitzgerald, I thought I had problems. Now I understand that problems are just perspectives I hadn't finished looking at yet. My company's revenue tripled, but more importantly, I stopped needing it to."
"I came to Fitzgerald because my marriage was falling apart and my board wanted me out. After Phase II, I realized the marriage and the board were constructs of a reality I no longer subscribed to. I'm now happily remarried to my same wife."
"Fitzgerald told me to stare at my quarterly losses until they became gains. I thought he was insane. Three weeks later our stock price doubled. I don't know what happened. I don't think I'm supposed to."
Fitzgerald discovered the malleability of reality at age 19 while staring at a parking lot in Toledo, Ohio. What started as a profound realization about the nature of asphalt became a lifelong obsession with the architecture of human perception.
After a decade in executive leadership, where he famously turned around three companies by simply "changing how everyone in the building looked at things," Fitzgerald dedicated himself to the craft of perspective engineering full-time.
He has since advised Fortune 500 executives, Olympic athletes, a retired head of state (NDA prevents disclosure), and one particularly ambitious golden retriever breeder who now operates the largest canine empire in the Pacific Northwest.
Fitzgerald holds no formal certifications in anything, which he considers his greatest credential. He lives nowhere in particular, as he considers fixed addresses a form of perspective imprisonment.
